With high school football right around the corner, BadgerBlitz.com takes a look at the top 30 prospects in Wisconsin's 2016 class. Today, we continue with athletes ranked 13 through 18.

13) LB/TE Kristian Welch - Iola Scandinavia
Status: Committed to Iowa
Previous ranking: No. 19
The scoop: After a very strong performance at Iowa's summer camp in which he ran a 4.52-second 40-yard dash, Welch committed to the Hawkeyes in July over offers from Bowling Green, Illinois State, North Dakota and Western Illinois, among others. "I like the tradition not only from a coaching staff standpoint but from the football program," Welch told Rivals.com. "I love the city and the fact that I will be able to walk out of Iowa with a degree from a great school."

14) RB Toren Young - Monona Grove
Status: Committed to Iowa
Previous ranking: No. 7
The scoop: Young wrapped up his recruitment early in the process as he committed to Iowa in January. After rushing for 1,223 yards and 15 touchdowns as a junior at Monona Grove, Young was also receiving interest from Iowa State, Minnesota and Wisconsin, among others. "It was the offer I was looking for," Young told Rivals.com. "I feel like Iowa is known for having a hard-nosed, blue-collar type of team and that's who I want to play for. They just want to go to work and play physical and play hard."

15) RB/ATH Blair Mulholland - Kimberly
Status: Committed to South Dakota State
Previous ranking: No. 10
The scoop: A first-team all-conference running back after rushing for over 1,500 yards and 26 touchdowns as a junior, Mulholland was a key contributor for a Kimberly team that has went undefeated the past two seasons. The two-star prospect recently committed to South Dakota State over scholarship opportunities from Air Force, Harvard, Illinois State, North Dakota and North Dakota State, among others.

16) OT Zeke Gueths - Shawano Community
Status: Committed to Northern Illinois
Previous ranking: No. 21
The scoop: Gueths, a Northern Illinois commit, chose the Huskies over offers from Eastern Michigan and North Dakota. He was also receiving strong interest from a handful of Big Ten schools. A 4.0 student, Gueths is also a basketball standout at Shawno High School.

17) OL Airon Servais - Ashwaubenon
Status: Uncommitted
Previous ranking: N/A
The scoop: Servais, who played linebacker as a junior, has quietly watched his scholarship list reach double digits with Buffalo, North Dakota, Northern Illinois, Wyoming and Yale, among others, all in the mix. He competed very well at Wisconsin's camp this summer that featured a number of the other top 2016 in-state linemen. Purdue, Wisconsin and Illinois are still showing strong interest.

18) TE Conner Edmonds - Germantown
Status: Uncommitted
Previous ranking: No. 17
The scoop: Edmonds, arguably the top tight end in Wisconsin's 2016 in-state class, has offers from Air Force and Cornell, with strong interest coming from a number of others schools. He performed well at Wisconsin's camp this summer and displayed soft hands and the ability to block effectively. Edmonds is also a standout on Germantown's powerhouse basketball team.
